Returns and cancellation
Each Disrupted Daisy garment is individually selected and photographed. Please read its measurements, condition notes and photographs before ordering; email disrupteddaisy@gmail.com if you would like another measurement. Your legal rights still apply to vintage and sale items.
Change of mind (UK online orders)
You may cancel an online order for any reason from the time you place it until 14 days after you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods. To do so, email disrupteddaisy@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. A clear email is enough. You do not need to give a reason or use the optional cancellation template at the end of this page. If you cancel before dispatch, I will refund the order, including delivery paid.
After telling me you wish to cancel, please send the item back within 14 days to: Disrupted Daisy, 1E Armstrong Road, Manor Trading Estate, Benfleet, Essex SS7 4PW, United Kingdom. You are responsible for the direct cost of return postage for a change-of-mind return. I recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of posting. Please pack the item securely. Contact me before returning so I can identify the parcel.
You may handle and try on the item as you would in a shop. If handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit reduces its value, I may make a proportionate deduction permitted by law. There is no restocking fee.
I will refund the item price and, where the whole order is cancelled, the cost of the least expensive standard outward delivery option offered for that order. Any extra amount paid for a more expensive delivery choice need not be refunded. I will use your original payment method unless we agree otherwise, and make no refund charge. I may wait until I receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made within 14 days of that point.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
Please email me with your order number, photographs and an explanation. Vintage garments can show age and wear: any specific flaws disclosed before purchase form part of the description. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described. Where the law gives you a remedy, I will provide it, including appropriate return costs where required.
Orders outside the UK
Please contact me at the email above for a return. Your mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable UK distance-selling cancellation rights, remain unaffected. I do not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind period beyond what the law requires. International buyers arranging a change-of-mind return pay the direct return postage and are responsible for completing any customs documents. Please mark the parcel as returned goods where appropriate; contact me for the details needed. Original import duties and taxes collected by authorities or carriers may need to be reclaimed from them and are not part of the store's refund.
Optional cancellation template
If you prefer, copy the text below into an email to disrupteddaisy@gmail.com and fill in the relevant details. There is no online form to submit; a simple email saying you wish to cancel is also valid.
