Dispatch
Disrupted Daisy dispatches from Benfleet, Essex, UK. I aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after payment, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. If I cannot meet that timeframe, I will contact you. You will receive dispatch and tracking details when available. Delivery estimates below start after dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees.
Where I deliver and what it costs
- United Kingdom: £3.99 per order, Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail's service aim is normally two working days after dispatch, but it can take longer.
- United States, Canada and Australia: £19.99 per order, Royal Mail International Tracked. Transit times vary by destination and customs clearance; the estimate shown at checkout is the best current guide.
These are the current standard Shopify checkout rates. The exact delivery charge is displayed before you pay. I do not currently offer checkout delivery to other countries; please email me before ordering if you are elsewhere. I may contact you before dispatch if an order needs a different service because of size, weight or destination; I will not add an unexpected charge without your agreement.
International customs
Orders are dispatched from the UK. Import duties, taxes and carrier handling fees depend on the destination and shipping service. For Canada and Australia, charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient on arrival. For the United States, Royal Mail International Tracked may require duty and handling to be paid at posting; no extra amount will be added to a paid order without your agreement. Any amounts collected by this store are shown at checkout before payment. Local customs processing may delay delivery. Please check your country's import rules before placing an order.
Delivery questions
Please email disrupteddaisy@gmail.com with your order number if tracking stalls, a parcel is damaged or it has not arrived. I will help investigate with the carrier. Your statutory rights relating to delivery remain unaffected. For returns and cancellations, see the Returns and cancellation policy.
