Who you are buying from
This website is operated by Claire Chamberlain, trading as Disrupted Daisy, a sole trader at 1E Armstrong Road, Manor Trading Estate, Benfleet, Essex SS7 4PW, United Kingdom. Email disrupteddaisy@gmail.com. Disrupted Daisy is not VAT registered.
Products and orders
I sell individually sourced vintage clothing. Pieces are generally one of a kind and may show signs of age. Please review the photographs, description, condition notes and actual measurements; suggested sizes are guidance. Known notable flaws are described. Colours can vary between screens. Contact me for more detail before buying.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Delivery charges and any taxes collected by this store are shown before you commit to pay. International import charges may apply as described in the shipping policy. Payment methods are shown at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges your order; I accept it when I confirm dispatch. If a piece has already sold elsewhere or a genuine listing error prevents fulfilment, I will contact you and refund any payment promptly. No substitute will be sent without your agreement.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
The shipping policy explains dispatch times, destinations and charges. The return and refund policy explains how to cancel and return an order. These policies form part of these terms. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including rights for goods that are faulty or not as described.
Website and content
Images, copy and branding belong to Disrupted Daisy or their respective rights holders. Do not reuse them commercially without permission. Do not misuse the site or interfere with it. External sites such as Instagram have their own terms and privacy notices.
Responsibility and law
Nothing excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, mandatory consumer protections in your country may also apply, and you may bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
For questions or complaints, email disrupteddaisy@gmail.com or write to the address above.
